FSX - Qantas PMDG 747 manual landing Melbourne in Orbx FTX AU Blue
In pilot-speak this is a non-coupled (hand-flown, no autopilot) precision approach (ILS providing localiser and glideslope guidance) to Runway 16 Melbourne International Airport, Australia.
I decided to make an FSX video, but to do something a bit different to all the other FS videos you can find on UA-cam, so had the idea of making a video wall. It was a pain in the ass to make, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

One of my favourite pieces from the game Far Cry 2. Created by Nimrod Productions. Almost all the music from the game was made acoustically, very little use was made of synthesisers.

Such memories! Saw this when it was releaed in 1989 in Limerick's "Central Studio" cinema, a year before it closed in 1990. Had queued up half an hour before to be sure I could get a ticket. Just 22 and a half years old and finding my way after leaving home 2 years earlier. Young and innocent with the world in front of me. Have this movie on DVD and still view it occasionally to relive those times. Timothy Dalton was one of my favourite Bond characters. Great end sequences to this movie and its prececessor "The Living Daylights".
Great memories whenever I watch this on DVD; saw it for the first time in Galway's Claddagh Palace cinema, on the approach to Salthill (where I had seen 'Watership Down' in 1979 as a 12 1/2 year old, featuring Art Garfunkel's 'Bright Eyes' ); - now demolished and just bland apartments on the site. Was just approaching 21years old and on the cusp of leaving home and independence. Drove there in my Dad's 1979 VW Golf MK1 diesel - had just learnt to drive and passed my test shortly afterwards. Good times - still get a kick out of watching this movie.
This makes me feel nostalgic.

the way the two guitars play back and forth throughout the song (especially in the end solo) represents two friends talking, like how riggs and murtaugh are talking in the final scene

Goldeneye was six years later. Wow. Apparently Dalton would have reprised his role in that film. Some script rewrites had to happen for Brosnan to fit the role. It's fun to imagine how Dalton would have been in Goldeneye.
